Every year, Project LET’S Go! holds special "summer camps" in several rural schools around Taiwan. During the program, volunteer teachers design their own curriculum that promotes art, music, science and critical thinking, as well as English language immersion for elementary and middle school students. Through fun activities and projects specially designed by the volunteer teachers, children engage in active hands-on learning, which cultivates their soft skills such as communication and teamwork.
Besides engaging with the children in school, our volunteers can also take part in their community activities and spend time exchanging cultures and ideas with the locals. By becoming a volunteer at Project LET’S Go! you can have a positive impact on these children’s lives, build lasting friendships with other volunteers, and have a meaningful summer you will never forget.
